Mike is an extraordinary man who devoted nearly 40 years of his life to protecting the public and the most vulnerable --- investigating domestic violence, child abuse, homicide, and other cases we could never imagine.
Mike is my hero --- in search of a hero.

It's time to Get Informed about
Living Donations
​While Mike is on the National Kidney Registry for a kidney transplant, the Registry keeps growing --- with roughly 45,000 new patients added each year. And, only about 20,000 DECEASED-donor kidney transplants are conducted annually.
The rest of the potential recipients wait --- many for 3 to 10 years --- IF THEY CAN SURVIVE THAT LONG.
Tragically, thousands die each year simply because time ran out before donors came forward.
